Science wants to pursue all options -- umbilical, placental and embryonic – as a pathway to stem cell cures, offering hope to the millions of people that suffer from life-threatening conditions. Another usage for “embryonic” is to describe humankind’s progression through time and space. As our species evolves, hopefully we gain wisdom along with knowledge.
